This application for exhibit space is subject to the AFCA Exhibitor Terms and Conditions. Once you submit this application you will be sent an invoice. Acceptable payments are wire transfer, credit card or check. All payments must be in US funds. If you would prefer to pay by check, please mail your check for the full amount, made payable to the American Football Coaches Association, to: AFCA Exhibit Space – 100 Legends Lane – Waco, Texas 76706. AFCA Federal Tax ID Number: 02-0232424. Exhibit space assignments will be made based on your choice, as nearly as possible, on the date that the application and full payment is received, support of the AFCA and its programs, and/or the nature of your exhibit. - Wave 1 – Corporate Partners and Sponsors – June 3, 2024
- Wave 2 – Premier Exhibitors, 20’ x 40’ Exhibit Booths or larger (800 square feet or larger) – July 1, 2024
- Wave 3 – Featured Exhibitors, Legacy Exhibitors (exhibited 10 or more years) and Marketing Partners – August 5, 2024
- Wave 4 – Returning Exhibitors (have exhibited 9 years or less) – August 26, 2024
- Wave 5 – New Exhibitors – will start September 23, 2024
