If you would prefer to pay by check, please mail your completed exhibit space contract and check for the full amount, in US funds, made payable to the American Football Coaches Association, to: AFCA Exhibit Space – 100 Legends Lane – Waco, Texas 76706. Exhibit space assignments will be made based on your choice, as nearly as possible, on the date that the application and full payment is received, support of the AFCA and its programs, and/or the nature of your exhibit. • Wave 1 – Corporate Partners and Sponsors – started June 22, 2022
• Wave 2 – 20’ x 40’ Exhibit Booths or larger (800 square feet or larger – will begin July 13, 2022
• Wave 3 – Legacy Exhibitors (exhibited 10 or more years) and Marketing Partners – will begin July 27, 2022
• Wave 4 – Returning Exhibitors (have exhibited 9 years or less) – will begin August 10, 2022
• Wave 5 – New Exhibitors – will start August 24, 2022
