Ethan Williams is entering his Second season at Alfred State College as the Run Game Coordinator/Offensive Line Coach.  This will be his 5th year of coaching at the college level.  

Previously he was at Ohio Northern University for his second stint this past spring ball as the Tight Ends/Tackles Coach.  At ONU he recruited student athletes from Northeast Ohio and Pennsylvania.  

This past season in 2021, he was the Offensive Line Coach at his Alma Mater Bluffton University.  At Bluffton he also ran the PAT/FG unit, which produced All Conference Kicker Jake Baumgartner.  He also coached two All-Conference Offensive Lineman this past season,  Hunter Lacer 1st Team All-HCAC and Markus Finley 2nd team All-HCAC.  The Beavers finished the season with a 4-6 record.  He also served as the team's strength coach, while recruiting North Central Ohio and Cleveland.  

Ethan started his coaching career at Ohio Northern University in 2019.  In his first two seasons at ONU, he served as an Assistant Offensive Line Coach and Tight Ends Coach.  In 2020 Spring Covid Season at ONU he coached Freshman Tight End Noah Miller who was All-Conference.  In 2019 he Coached Grant Nieszala to 2nd Team All-OAC.  As other duties he was also Assistant Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Video Coordinator.  2019 the Bears finished with a 6-4 record in the Ohio Athletic conference and a 3-1 record in the 2020 covid spring season.  

Ethan Graduated from Bluffton University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.  As a player for Bluffton, he was All-Conference three times as an Offensive Lineman.  He was a Captain in his senior year in 2018.  Ethan finished as a semifinalist for the Campbell trophy, which is considered as the "Academic Heisman".  Also is an NFF Hampshire Honor Society Member.
