I believe in building a culture of accountability by implementing a defined core of standards and values. I emphasize these standards and values through preparation, detail, and disciplined execution on and off the field. Games are won by taking away an opponent’s strengths, forcing them into unfavorable situations, and managing the flow of the game from start to finish. Achieving those game winning habits begins with internal team accountability.
