Samuel Mora
About
Coach Samuel Mora graduated from Rocky Mountain College with a Bachelors of Art degree in communication studies. Coach Mora is currently the quarterbacks coach for the Battlin' Bears.
Coach Mora began his coaching career in 2010 at the high school level with stops at Alameda High School, Malvern Prep, and St. Mary’s Ryken. Coach Mora also helped prepare draft prospects Jameis Winston, Johnny Manziel, Bryce Petty, Mike Evans, and Logan Thomas for the NFL draft while working in San Diego for Whitfield Athletix. Coach Mora has been a coordinator on four conference championship teams at the high school level and a collegiate position coach for six seasons.
While at Rocky, Coach Mora has been a part of the program turnaround from 4-7 to 7-3 Frontier Conference Champions. He was the position coach for Nate Dick, who was Honorable Mention All-American (2021) and Dawson Schick, who was All-Frontier Conference (2021 Spring.)
Mora is from Oakland, California, and is the son of Samuel Mora Sr. and Amy Mora. Mora lives in Billings with his girlfriend Micah and their dog Cosmo.
