Coaching Philosophy

My personal mission is to help all student athletes achieve excellence on the field and in the classroom, while supporting the educational mission of the school district. I will help student athletes develop their unique talents and potential to excel by nurturing independence and self worth. This will give each student athlete the ability to achieve success and instill a sense of social responsibility.

Our student athletes will develop the necessary preparation and skill sets to be ready for college and life after high school athletics by participating in a challenging academic and athletic schedule. All student athletes will receive academic and athletic support from me.

My support will emphasize creating opportunities that will help cultivate a well rounded student athlete through instruction, critical thinking, and the cultivation of individual expression.

I will provide a safe and rigorous athletic environment that will emphasize hard work, discipline, and a never quit attitude. I will help instill the important values of sportsmanship, loyalty, respect, and honesty. I expect all student athletes to show respect at all times, be excellent teammates and community members, as well as leaders in our school. Together, all student athletes will have the greatest opportunities to be successful in life.
